There are some help sections available on the auction but thought I would add a few on here. You can access the Auction via the link on the top menu bar on the forum or using the link found on the left hand menu of the front page at http://www.mumszone.co.uk. A few helpful tips to remember when using the auction:-
If possible register with the name you use on the forum, or something similar, that way members can recognise the person selling.
Dont forget to mention if the product is new or used, and if you are buy and the buyer hasnt put it in their details email to check before bidding!
Postage and packing should be mentioned in the shipping section, but, if the seller has forgetten, again, please check this out prior to bidding on items.
There are several different options of payment, Paypal, Cheque and Nochex. If you would like others added please contact me to ask for them to be added on. Cash is not an option that will be added.
Mumszone does not take responsibility for any of the items that you sell or buy through the auction section, however, should you experience any problems please let us know and we will endeavour to sort them out for you.
If you think the auction would benefit from a new category, other than the ones listed, please let us know.
When you register you should receive an email asking you to confirm via a link that you need to click. If you do not receive this please first of all check your spam/junk mail box to see if it has gone there. If its not please contact us and we can resend it to you.
