BSKYB Video on Demand, get a movie from sky in under 2hrs (broadband only)

http://www.sky.com/skybybroadband/home

You register your sky card on the site to get access (its possible to use a friends sky card to register on your computer as long as they have skymovies on there account)

Its free to use, you don't get charged for downloading and no extra charges to your sky account.

Has a good list of movies - Restrictions won't allow you to put the movies onto a dvd or transfer from your computer to another one, you get about 30 days to watch the movie after its downloaded then it blocks you from watching it.

You don't pay a penny extra - I think its competion with the BBC new vod service thats due to kick off soon basically the same idea but with the bbc venture you can download any program that the bbc had shown that week

We don't have sky movies either but I'm using folks sky card number to register and once done 2 min job puts sky movies onto your computer :)

You get a username and password when you sign up - it blocks you from using this on a friends computer, it can only be used on the computer you sign up from so if you have to reinstall windows, you have to telephone the skybybroadband number to tell them you have just reinstalled, and few moments later your back on :)

But yes you need someone with skymovies to get the offer
