Hi
I'm Kathryn, Mum of 2 boys aged 4 and 2 years. Myself and a friend started 'Arty Bugs' last year in the Reading / Newbury area.
We run creative, educational, art and messy play for children. We hold weekly sessions for under 5's - each session is carefully planned and is developmentally appropriate as we split the children into 3 age groups. We have a 'baby' group (6 months - 15 months); 1 - 2 year olds and 2+ years.
We also run school holiday sessions for under 10's aswell as parties for children aged up to 10 years.
So if your little one fancies having a bug hunt in mud or making dinosaur footprints in plaster of paris get in touch!

DP did the website for us so would love to know what you think .... there are also some printables in the 'bugzone' section.

Hi, nice to meet you. Your site is terrific! A friend of mine is interested in doing a similar business in the Nottingham area. However, she's just had her third and hasn't had a chance to do a business plan. It's good to see that this idea can really work. All the best:happy72:

Sounds like you have a full time job :) ... I always wondered if selling craft kits at the sessions would make a profit.. or is that something you also do?

Hiya
We cover parts of Surrey for parties - we can also come along and run some activities at toddler groups / pre-schools etc. Where abouts are you?
Otherwise we hope to launch some new venues country wide in the summer.

PS Thanks everyone for the positive feedback re: the website .... DH is loving reading all your praise!!!

Hello!
Yes we do sometimes sell craft kits but we are currently concentrating on getting the franchise package completed. We hope to (one day!) have an online shop but we have sold kits for Xmas, mother's day and easter plus we are now getting a father's day kit and a t-shirt decorating kit for the summer ready.
We do get a good response to the kits but we haven't got time, as yet, to do it fully. Is that what you are thinking of doing ... love your website by the way.:clapping:

It's nice to see a site that is easy to use and with all the info (costs etc) you need. Nice site!
Good luck with your venture.
