I took the weekend off..

...and boy do I feel guilty!

It's rare that I take time off but I decided that I had been overworking so took all of yesterday off and didn't touch the pc for more than 5 minutes in total. Today I didn't touch the pc until midday and I'm surfing and I feel bad!

Am I mad? Is it natural to feel guilty taking time out when there is lots I could be doing?

its good to have a break, but not good to put the washing out on the line cos it blows off into the flower patch, lol everyone deserves a break and i'm sure you deserve one daffs

I think you definitely need to give yourself a break or you kinda go stale and find it all a chore ! After you have had a break you are mor refreshed and more likely to clear away a few cobwebs that may have been lurking !!

Nothing wrong with taking time for yourself.

Notice how woman always worry about taking time out for ourselves but the men just do it and dont ever worry.

I'm stuck glued to the sofa atm, broken foot, so I'm getting lots of techy stuff done and some bfc stuff, some crochet and not enough hands-on mumming :( When I'm back on my feet I bet I won't be online for a week, lol

I try not to do too much at the weekend, but inevitably do!
