Question about the competitions

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I can't find any terms and conditions regarding the competitions. Are there any, and in particular, are they open to people outside the UK?

They can be found under the FAQ Menu on the top menu bar. At some point I will give a link to a seperate page for them on the competitions section.
