I passed!

5 years ago I started studying for my level 3 diploma in manual bookkeeping. Unfortunately I had to stop as my endometriosis got so bad that I was bed ridden, we then had IVF and had Eithne.

12 months ago I restarted the course and today I passed my exam with 100%!!!

I have been so nervous and stressed and worried and I am so pleased with myself. I'm still in shock. LOL

I've only told a few people as I was so afraid I wouldn't do well - so now I'm shouting it out to the world!!

We had lunch out yesterday afterwards which was nice and we're going to a friend's 40th this Saturday so that'll be my celebrating. LOL

I will be doing a few more courses to further my qualifications, but now it means I don't have any restrictions on the sizes of companies I can do the books for and stuff. :D

The course is one of the reasons I've been soo stressed the past year - so that's gone now. :D

I'm still somewhat in shock but starting to believe I actually did it and I did very well. I've got my confidence back.

At least a lot of the stress I've been under the past 12 months is gone. I've kept it secret from everyone - apart from a couple of people - and it's been hard not saying anything or saying why I've been so stressed.

No probably not. I have an Accounting degree from my studies in Canada and I didn't particularly enjoy the accounting work - but I love the bookkeeping aspect. I'll probably just keep building on my bookkeeping qualifications. :D
