Do you know of any good newsletter thingys - the ones that let you put pictures in etc. Ones that cost very little!

I am sure they have a name but it escapes me :-)

I use Constant Contact and find it great. It took about 4 hours to set up the template using the exact colours and structure as well as the first time of inserting pictures and text, but now the structure is there it takes maybe half an hour to produce my monthly newsletter. If you are interested I can recommend you. If you then sign up to it after your free 60 days or whatever the trial is then we both get some credit on our account (I think it is something like $30 each, but I may be wrong). You've probably seen my newsletter before but I can send you the latest one to have a look at if you want.

yes a few of my clients use mailchimp. they don't say it's free though but not sure of cost, perhaps some versions are free. Alot of my clients use constant contact. It can get expensive, but it's very good. I'm sure they do a free trial period so you could try that at no cost. HTH and good luck.
