No this isn't a bad joke from the 1980's.
My MIL is a qualified Reiki master, and can do all sorts of therapies such as massage, ear candling, accupressure etc etc.
She's learnt all this as a hobby but has been doing a little bit on a salon in the village when they are busy.
she's tempted to go mobile and also do home treatments at her house.
She likes the idea of getting a log cabin for the garden and having that dedicated for the work.
Now i know you can claim a proportion of your house etc for your business - but how does it work when you want to use something like an "out house" for one - is this too permenant? Do anyone know if you would need to contact local councils etc about the use of the property?
