I have had 2 packages returned recently - one from my best friend in Ibiza, the note on the package said the address was wrong - it wasn't, I have sent many things there before.
The second one was to Norway and it came back saying not collected but the customer said they didn't give her any notification of that.
The postage isn't cheap - £10 for the first one and £17 for the second - the customer has paid for her t-shirts and I need to send them back to her but I don't want to bear the cost of the postage again.
What should I do?
