painting eggs - help

my ds has got the paints out...i want to paint some eggs..but can't remeber how you get the yolk and white out without breaking the egg?
anyone know....i got 4 eggs left!...

Poke a hole in the top and bottom of the eggs and blow ! but becareful poking the hole I just boiled some eggs this year after having a nightmare with goose eggs last year

also, when i painted mine, i put them on a straw or pencil end, so didn't get fingerprints all over the paint

all done..thanks...the hole was quite big but it didn't matter...i found a pencil to put the egg on and stood it in play doh....Lee wondered what the hell i was doing trying to blow an egg...but hey!!...he asleep now! with no dinner!..dunno what to do with him!...kids xxx
