I enjoy making cards in my spare time,

I did contemplate setting up a shop on ebay but didnt think my cards were good enough.

what do you think?
These are some ive done they are all 3d (decoupage) and made and cut from scratch

They're gorgeous !!!

I was thinking of setting up a website selling cards (not homemade ) but chickened out. I'm sure you'd do really well cos its hard finding nice birthday cards for kids anywhere. I'd go for it cos at least if you're making them yourself you don't have to worry about wholesalers (which is where i came unstuck!!)

GOOD LUCK !!!!

thanks stokey,
I make them to order for family now.
I only started as I couldnt find a care bear card for my dd and realised just how many characters they dont have for kids, so I made a care bear one and everyone loved it

They are lovely, however, you would find it difficult to sell them (as I said on Stokeys thread) as they are characters and they are owned images. You have to get permission from the people who own the images before being able to sell them.

they are beautiful but as Raven said you will have trouble selling the ones with copyrighted characters on them, use them for your family but if you are going to start selling your home-made cards you're going to have to get creative and make up some of your own designs
