Britney Spears baby has a fractured skull

just heard on gmtv that britney spears son shaun has suffered a fractured skull after falling out of his high chair. it is not known if britney was looking after him or if it was the nanny but social services have been called in to investigate and baby shaun is in hospital.
Britney had previously took her son to the hospital following the fall but 6 days later he wasnt himself so she took him back to the hospital where they found he had a fractured skull.




i wish him a speedy recovery xxxx

she's had some stick recently for letting herself go, but its refereshing to see that she wasn't one of these celeb mums who's main goal was to squeeze into her size 8's 2 days after having a baby.she's probably out of her mind with worry now and i wish her son a speedy recovery.:yes:

apparently the social services were called in as a routine thing and britney as far as ive heard done all the right things as as soon as it happened/she heard (as not clear if she was looking after him or the nanny) she rushed him to the hospital where she was told (as far as i heard) that he was ok it was not untill 6 days later the baby was not himself where she again took him too hospital which was then they discovered the fractured skull so it looks as though she has done all the right things by her son ""cutey""b

On CBS news it says the nanny dropped him as she was taking him out of the highchair, it was an accident as something snapped on the highchair.

Poor little thing, hope he is ok.

one thing that is bothering me is why wasnt it spotted the first time she took him to the hospital if i was her i would be asking questions as to why they only spotted it 6 days later

CBS says a doctor came to the house to check him after the accident happend. I think I would be complaining as to why he had not notiched the fracture.

Then again if it was only a doctor to the house hes not going to be carrying a x-ray machine around with him, I know when my kids have gone to hospital after banging their heads they have never been x-rayed

As for the doc's not spotting it earlier my DD fell off the bed when she was about 2,took her straight to the hospital who did no x-ray's and sent her home just asking me to keep an eye on her....

a week later half of her head had swelled up with fluid underneath rushed her back in with a suspected fractured skull..and the doctors had the cheek to ask me if she had fell that day (covering their own backs i think) for not properly checking her earlier anyway's after a night in hospital she was thankfully given the all clear
