Their website was down all day end of last week and I had to clear my cookies before it would work on my computer again even though they had long since fixed their problem. It would be worth doing that - it is possible just to clear the PayPal cookies if you don't want to clear all cookies.

Thanks - I tried it in Google Chrome and it was fine - must be the Firefox Cookies :happy72:.

That is what happened to me last week - just after I had an intruder attack notification from Norton!

That is what happened to me last week - just after I had an intruder attack notification from Norton!
I was getting worried because this afternoon I paid some money to a trusted person through PayPal, and just as I was about to send, it sent me to a "security update" type page, and asked me to confirm my bank details, card details, and re-do my password. I'm totally sure it was genuine, but then when you can't get back on, it makes you wonder...!
But yes, it was genuine because I got on with Google Chrome...and withdrew all my money just in case!! Still makes you wonder though!

Darn cookies anyway. They drive me insane almost every month. It's frustrating when you visit a site regularly and then you can't get in. Do you think changes to the website will cause problems with the cookies?
