You do need business insurance if you are selling things to the public
I use Ian wallace and pay yearly, this is his site

I use axa for mine, you need to get a few quotes and see what works out best for you :)

I'm still looking for an insurer 20061008 - a lot of WAHM's use a company called manor insurance (if you put that into Google their website will come up).
I'm still shopping round for an insurer for both party bag site and autoballs....

I used our broker to find my insurance - my family has used him forever for business and personal insurance.
My policy is with Shield, lots of companies didn't want to quote because of selling to the States and selling baby goods. I was dreading the quote but it works out at £60 a month so not horrific and that includes public/product liability and stock insurance.
