I am buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing

I finally after 2 years of trudging through crud feel like I've got my mojo back.

I have had two amazing days at the shows and while I still have the same old problems to come back to I really know where I'm going and feel so confident about it.

Everything just clicked into place without any effort really. I knew what I wanted to come away with but thought there would be a lot of sourcing, learning and working out problems. Not a bit of it! Suppliers have done all my work for me and we're talking about 20 different areas.

My ideas too for the business are finally forming into shape and supplier reaction has been above my expectations too.

Only problem now is I have to put my money where my mouth is and I have a serious amount of planning, research and reporting to do but at least I know I will have serious back up and I think this years range will do amazing things for botht he shop and the website so it's not all "hard" work lol.

I just wanted to share because I've been so gloomy for so long (to be fair it's been justified but even so no one likes a moaning minny!).

Thank you everyone, I appreciate the support. I just wish I had a massive pot of cash and about 15 extra hours in every day so I could get this all started NOW!!

There is definately something to be said though for planning and letting the dust settle and there are still a lot of things I need to get on top of first. But we've been talking to customers about our plans and they are as excited as we are so I'm really hopeful.
