We have just added The Limited Edition Collection (http://www.icegems.co.uk/the-limited-edition-collection.html)today and already sold out of one of the styles and half way through one of the others.

I can't believe that, it has had an amazing response.

After the week from hell this has really lifted me a bit.

Well done! It is fab when a new product is that successful. I am almost kicking myself for not stocking a new product sooner now that I know just how popular it is. Not quite as popular as yours by the sound of things, but I did sell several on the first day and the sales have continued to grow each day since then.
