Done. Hope you don't mind me saying this but you will probably get more people doing the survey if you added more multiple choice questions rather than questions that people need to write an answer in. The reason being that as it is at the moment you open it, see all the blanks which you would need to fill in and it seems like it will take a lot of time.

The pictures are great on your website, really good quality.

I've done it too.

Just wanted to let you know that I noticed you've missed out a word on some of your bead descriptions.. where it says this sentence you have missed out the word won't -

totally unique you [won't] find another the same as she only makes one of each bead.

also it says you run poshdaisy in your 'about me' section but the website isn't there anymore.

I didn't write all that in your survey in case it was too long!
