Quick moan - people who don't enter their address correctly in the shopping cart.

Yes, of course I just love spending time adding capital letters to postcodes, capitalising town names etc. Don't they *want* their order to get to them?

And as for people who enter their e-mail addresses incorrectly ... 20061008

There - I feel better now. Just had to get that off my chest.

Anyone else want to join in with some therapeutic moaning??!!

The amount of people who mis-type their email addresses and don't add a phone number, so you can't contact them.

We have changed our cart now, so that we insist they leave a telephone number. We took it off in the beginning.

Oh tell me about it! Frustrates me like mad, so so so many people dont bother to capitalise their post codes and I just cant understand it! They must just assume that the magic 'Postcode Capitaliser Fairy' does it....yep thats it....

i use open office for printing labels etc, and there is a nice quick shortcut to select everything in the document, and the capitalise the whole thing. That makes that job nice and easy.

I'm sure word has a similar function but it's hidden a bit deeper in the menu's

it happen to me many times when they asked for something and the e-mail address was incorrect to email them back . But then is nothing i can do.

A New moan for today!

People who e-mail and ask for advice. I think about it, write them a nice e-mail, send it off...... and nothing. No 'thank you', nothing.

Right - again, feel better for that!

I proofread and amend every listing before I upload them to our site. Some of them defy belief.

lol yes can and have moaned about both those things! Lots of people put in the wrong postcode for the address too, of course it comes back to us (eventually) and we have to resend it at our cost which does frustrate me.
