looking for affordable (inexpensive but not cheap if that makes sense) high chair. Like wooden ones best, no frills, small in size so fits into smallish space, like trays that can come on and off. Anyone sell these? Please PM me! or post on this thread. Many thanks!

Hey Meg,
Our BEST baby buy was a tripp trapp chair.
No they are not the cheapest our there but our 2 still use them now at 7 and 9 and tbh they are comfortable adult chairs (even in kid way around :D)
The baby set for them are fab - I still get mine out when my neices come around now and they love sitting up at the table.
Can't recommend them highly enough!
They dont fold up but they do push in to the table so I find they take up LOTS less room than our old cube chair we had when Callista was small.

oooh thanks. I have been looking at those and wondering how practical they are. They are a bit odd looking so wasn't sure. Now I'm really glad to hear that they are good so will investigate further. Thanks! :happy72:
I'm a bit obsessed and have been looking at loads. My neighbour got a Bloom Fresco Classic and it is really nice looking but totally out of my budget. The Tripp trapp one costs a little more than what I was planning on spending but I'm totally considering it now!

Yup, I'm sold on the Tripp Trapp. Had a very detailed look at them and watched their video on how to use it etc., very very good. Am excited now! :party05: Can't decide which one to go for - the natural, the one in white or the red one. Looked for one on Ebay and they are going for nearly as much as you'd pay brand new so I'm just gonna get a new one. Sorted.

If you hunt around you can get a good deal on the tripp trapp, baby set and cushions. The cushions aren't really necessary, but you could always sell them on ebay and it will pretty much pay for the baby set if I remember correctly. Of course things may have changed since we bought our two! I'll dig out the link for where we bought ours as it was excellent customer service and they beat other prices.

They also sell them at Kiddicare now, which is good news given their usual pricing policy.
