Won a auction for what was listed as a unopened rental copy of The Island , its turned up today (finally) and its clearly a copy the front of the DVD is still sticky from it being printed, now not sure if i should contact the seller (checking his feedback this isn't the first time) or complain directly to ebay

I would complain to ebay directly and get them gone. Have you tried asking the forum in Q&A on Ebay. There are some really helpful people who would give you good advice ?

Hi,I brought a toaster from ebay.It worked for all of one day.I ahve emailed company and looking back on there auction page it said they are responsible the first 28 days.I eamiled them on the seconmded day after the toaster arrived then again a few days later.They have not even replied to any emails so i have now contacted pay pal.They say i have to contact the seller by phone but i dont even have any address let alone phone number.They have told me to look under find member but i dont really want to phone them as they sound rude and unhelpfull,but if thats the only way to resolve this i will.
