Hi,

I sent an order to spain a couple of weeks ago and the parcel still haven't arrived (sent, foolishly, with Royal Mail!)

The customer still wants the items and has actually added to her order so I'll take the hit and try and get compensation as I think she will be a repeat customer.

She has suggested Airsure as the best way to get the items to her but the cost is extortionate...

What's the best way to send a parcel to Spain? How much do you charge for parcels to Europe?

Thanks

Vicki

You could try interparcel.com.

Airsure is part of Royal Mail and I think they add £4.50 to whatever the normal airfreight charge is.
It is supposed to be quicker and offers a tracking system but I know in some countries, the tracking system is not available (although you pay for it!).
Sorry that doesn't answer your question - I only have a few non-UK orders so I usually use Royal Mail and offer the customer the choice of normal or airsure.
I charge £2.75 extra to standard UK postage as, for my orders, that usually averages out about right (plus £4.50 if they choose airsure).
