Can anybody do me a gift/card for 5 year old girl?

Urgently needed - I'm so disorganised.
I need a gift to be sent direct with a card and wrapped. Looking at about £20 all in.
It needs to kind of look like it might have come from me, doting Godmother! Rather than a last minute panic!

Probably too late now but just as a future thought - If you have any photos of your God daughter The magical portraits I create are not only personalised but can be a very special gift, particularly if she is a girly girl who loves anything to do with dressing up, fairytales, princesses etc!

My 5 yr old loves his, he loves that he can pop his latest doodles from school on and he is so proud of what he hangs up too, I think because it's got his name on and is there for everyone to see.
Also saves blutac etc on the walls!! :)

Thanks for all the ideas. I went with the Party, Party game. What this has done though is reminded me of the fab service WAHMS give and I'm going to go back to my old method of shopping for Christmas and Birthdays via WAHMS!
