Very nearly ready to launch

I'm so excited. My website is almost done. I'm going to be offering a sleep programme using cognitive behaviour therapy techniques combined with hypnosis (as appropriate). It works really well for both adults and children as you work at addressing the underlying cause rather than just treating the symptom. Website looks fab and is actually live but I've still a bit of tweaking to do, so not ready to share just yet. Great thing about it is I can do it at distance or face to face.
Also my writing has been going well. My next book is due out in the next few weeks which is co-written with Antonia - Insomnia - the Essential Guide.
Meanwhile my office is being plastered and we are getting to the stage of decorating which is exciting. So it's all happening here!

Insomnia can be so draining. I'm hoping to go live at the end of August. Just got to sort the insurance and marketing out really and to get the office in a workable state. At the moment we've got workmen everywhere!
