I bid on some nicotine patches and won, yes I am giving up again on Monday ! I received them this morning and guess what ... they are all out of date :angry-smi

I looked back over the listing and it doesn't say anything about being out or in date. But wouldn't you presume that they were in date ? Surely you can't sell something like that out of date ?

I have emailed the seller and asked them for their comments ... we will wait and see what happens !

Thats really cheeky !, surely ebay has rules about that I sold 4 tins of baby milk on there a couple of weeks ago and even though they had 3-4 mths left on them I put in the desc they had a short date and wrote the dates

How about trying a hypno CD ?

I have been there and done that I'm afraid Azzi and didn't quite work. I gave up for 7 weeks at the beginning of the year using patches and yes I know I am a total idiot for starting again. Our life went from very bad to very worse and the strain of everything just sent me back. But I know I can do 7 weeks so I can therefore do 70 weeks !

Hope you get your money back, have you tried doing the nhs stop smoking programme I think they provide the patches if you go to group meetings about quitting.

That's really naughty, if you don't get any joy from the seller you must open a dispute with ebay and let them sort it. It may just be that the seller didn't think to check the dates.

I agree Sarah. I did give them the benefit of the doubt and emailed to say that I had received them fine but they were all out of date, would they please contact me. No response as yet but I will file a dispute if necessary. They weren't even a couple of months out of date ...... 3 years out of date !!

I've got to get some more now, so it may be Wednesday or something. This time I will check that they put the expiry date in the listing !

I got patches free from the doctor, maybe that would be a cheaper way for you to get them
