Packaging Inserts

I'm in the process of creating my most popular workshop into a kit format and I'm hoping to launch a range of science mystery kits this Autumn.

I've designed some prototypes but realise I really need some inserts for the kit components to sit in.

Can anyone recommend a supplier of packaging inserts?

rajapack? lush are using popcorn to package with at the moment, it is nice and biodegradable, and cheap!
