International Freight Recommendation

Have just sent an 18kg carton to the USA via www.interparcel.com and I can't praise them enough.

They were reasonably priced, had several carriers to choose from (I chose UPS) and booking was really simple. You enter the details for the customs documents online and print them off, along with an auto-generated Airway bill.

The collection was prompt and it was tracked every step of the way in really minute detail.

It was collected from here on Thursday and delivered yesterday!

The chocolate was sent seperately direct from the factory. The last update I had was it was delayed in customs - this was 2nd July. I have no idea what state it is in, nor when or if it will ever clear customs.
