Just how 'no quibble' is not quibble returns.
I'm an old wahm with enough experience to know this line but when they fight me hard i still wonder whether I'm doing the right thing.
I accept pretty much any old tat back. really unsellable stuff as it's normally not worth the fight.
But this one is incredibly tatty and has spots of chocolate on it. it looks like chocolate and it smells like chocolate.
She's really not taking this well. She returned it for an exchange. i've refused saying that it's unsellable and it's covered in chocolate.
she's saying it's not been anywhere near foodstuffs and was opened in 'her study' and put straight back in the packaging. she's saying that my manufacturer did it. the staining is very noticeable and she didn't complain about this, she simply returned it for an exchange.
there's no way the factory did it. they're simply not allowed to eat anywhere near the lines plus we don't open them before they go out.
her parting shot was to tell me my products are mediocre at best and better ones could be found far cheaper on the high street.
my suggested thing to do is to take photos of the problem areas for us as i think this one might rumble on and then return her product to her.
what do you reckon she will do next and what would you do differently to what I've done?
thank you - anon for very obvious reasons!
