argh at blogs/twitter/friand feed and a how do I?

I want the posts on my blog to update twitter and facebook automatically
I don't want my twitter to update facebook

I am using friendfeed and getting totally confused, can anyone help?

these are my options:
Entries will be posted to Twitter as @lactivist (sign out) Check 'Cc Twitter' box by default
Link to source site instead of FriendFeed conversation (does not apply to comments)
Post my FriendFeed entries on Twitter by default
Include:
Comments that I make on public FriendFeed entries
Public FriendFeed entries that I 'Like'
Post entries from:
All services (except Twitter)
The services I've selected below:
FriendFeed (when there's no Cc box)
Blog (http://www.lactivist.net)
Flickr (lactivist)
Twitter (lactivist)

I use Twitterfeed to get my blog to automatically update my Twitter. I think I linked the RSS feed of my blog into Facebook and a few other sites.

This is one that did get me confused. I have my blog updating twitter but that is about it, need to look at it again to try and get it working on facebook too.
