how often to blog/twitter etc?

I love tweetdeck, it is great to see everything going on at once.

I have my blog linked into twitter, which then links into my facebook status so when the blog is updated it all dominos to facebook.

But how often should one blog or twitter before you get on peoples nerves?

Well, I'd say blog or whatever as often as you like! If you're not interesting enough or seen as a bit spammy then peeps will vote with their feet iyswim! Keep posting useful stuff and there's no problem :)
