Paypal?

Just wondering if anybody has a Paypal account through their bank account?
I'm thinking of signing up for it,but am a bit wary.
Does anyone have a Paypal account like this & is it any good?

I have mine set up so that I can transfer money from my bank into my paypal account and vice versa, is that what you mean?

yes,because i don't have a credit card and have had a couple of messages from ebay asking if i'd like to sign up.

i have a paypal account you will need a debit or credit card to set it up i've had no problems

I have a paypal account and have absolutely no problems with it whatsoever.Its with a debit card

i only set paypal up about a month ago and had no probs. mind you i have only made about 10 purchases though..but i didn't know you can use the same paypal account to pay for goods from different sites (duh!..i thought it was just for ebay, but when i bought stuff from maggies candles it asked if i wanted to pay with paypal and it went through without me having to re apply) if you get my drift!!..sorry you prob knew that anyway!..i'm just a newbie to the pc game xxx

I Have Paypal With My Bank Account Never Had A Problem

I have a paypal account and have never had any problems. If you don't have a debit or credit card you have to give your bank account details, and I think you pay for everything with an echeque rather than with an instant payment as you would if you had a credit/debit card registered.
Paypal is very secure and safe to use.

Thanks everybody for your advice.
Think I'll give it a go as it seems so much quicker to have Paypal when you're buying & selling on ebay and quite a few auctions are Paypal only ones.
