ok, I need to buy a scale but the type where you can hang your royal mail sack with all your parcels inside from. I have been told to simply weight the sack and then just divide total between each parcel rathe than weighing each individual parcel.
Anyone else do this? We are hoping to start new process by Friday, .

Have you seen the ones that you can weigh your suitcases on? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Balanzza-Luggage-Suitcase-Weigh-Scale/dp/B0013PVQS6

We have some big flat floor scales with a separate screen on a lead. We stick a plastic bin on the scales, which we fill with parcels. Then we turn on the scales so it shows zero, count the parcels from the bin into sacks, and the resulting weight of the parcels is then shown on the screen as a negative. Then I place a sack on the scales and zero it, and count the internationals (which lurk in a heap on the floor nearby) into the sac.
