A friend of mine is wanting to use cloth nappies and I have given her as much information as I can about the nappies I (or friends) have had experience of but she has asked if I know anything about swaddlebees or fuzzi bunz and the answer is no I don't but thought someone here might!

Also, her baby is looking like its going to be small at birth so she is wondering whether a sized nappy system will work better than a birth to potty nappy. This is something I don't know as we didn't start with cloth nappies til Luke was 4 months so any advice/experiences would be appreciated.

Thankyou very much :happy72:

Sized nappies tend to be less bulky than birth to potty nappies. I haven't used swaddelbees or fuzzi bunz myself so can't really comment on them.

I used fuzzis and I loved them! Not till Fern was much older than birth though!

It is the bulk of the birth to potty nappy that puts people off using them. Until they are at least a couple of months old they look ludicrous and it is awkward fitting clothing over them. Having said that the baby doesn't mind and a couple of months isn't long when you consider the cost savings.
