Ive been a member for a while but have been lurking in the shadows as I didnt want to butt in really, but here I am anyway. :happy72:

Im 29, housewife, lovely husband who I treat like sh*t most of the time as I suffer from panic attacks and depression and I have a gorgeous 5yr old daughter who I love to bits, although she is being a bit of a nightmare at the moment. We are hoping to have another to complete our family but when...who knows.

I hope I can become part of your community and join in with discussions and stuff as I dont have many friends. cryingsmil

I have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety problems since my first DD was born (over 11 years ago now) but on a day to day basis have found ways of coping with it (hopefully may be able to help you in some way). I am a WAHM and I have three girls and live with them and my DH in lancs. Look forward to chattinging with you.
