Using a caravan as an office....

Does anyone know if you can buy a caravan for use as your office and make it a taxable expense?

I know people who have old caravans as a glass studio and my brother had a caravan as an office so I dare say it's possible.

Technically the Caravan itself wouldn't be a taxable expense as it would be an asset, but the expenses for electricity etc would be taxable.
