Royal Fail, very slow at the moment?

I ordered a jacket for my son from an eBay shop on 7th Feb (when we had bad snow here). It hadn't arrived so I emailed the seller to ask when I could expect it. S/he said it was sent on 9th February.

The jacket arrived today which I presumed was a replacement. I've just checked my emails and found an email from the seller. The jacket that arrived today was the original so it took 12 days to get here!

Tell me about it! i also posted a parcel the same day(9th feb) to a customer Chell and she hasnt got her order yet :( i am going to have to resend a replacement tomorrow as she need the order for a birthday (this is probably the 4th in the last 3 weeks :ac39:)

Some things my hubby ordered off ebay took ages to arrive too, and I have had problems with them recently too so not surprised to hear your tale.

I know the weekk of the first lot of snow they stopped offering next day delivery at our PO so it wouldn't surprise me if everything is hugely backed up somewhere
