Zen Cart or Cube Cart...?

I've installed Zen Cart for my soon to be opened shop - but at first look around, it seems really complicated to change a template! :confused:

Is Cube Cart any easier?

While I'm busy ordering stock, I'd like to set up an opening page saying "Opening Soon" and have the option of subscribing to receive a Welcome Offer, so I want to be able to create something simple quickly.

Can anyone comment on the pros and cons of either - Thank you!

Zen cart is great if your site is going to be all about selling but you can spend a lot of time turning stuff off. It is a very powerful system but does take time to learn and understand. You need to build your site with Zen cart not bolt on.

Cube Cart I have never used im afraid.
xcart is quite a good one.
Or the one I would recommend is Paypal's cart system as it is all en-compassing (cart system and merchant services all in one) and you can easily drop the code into a pre built site.
