We've decided to give these a trial run for our heavier items.

Has anybody used them? Are they any good? Any horror stories?

The good thing about them is that I can tell them to leave the item behind the fridge in the garage 3 doors down at number 22, if I wanted :cheesy:

TIA
Dawn

I was just looking at their website today but the link to their prices brings up a page of goobledegook!

Would you mind pm'ing me with the prices Dawn?

I've had stuff delivered by them as two of my suppliers use them and am always impressed with the delivery service. The boxes are always in really good condition and drivers very polite and helpful.

They used to be awful around here, but for the last year or so I've been really impressed.

I'd be interested to know how you get on with them, as we really need to get something sorted out for our bulkier orders.

Good luck with them!

Will let you know. We've been using Parcel2Go until now with no problems, but we've had quotes from Fast Track and from these guys today, and they are very competitive.

No minimum contracts, and they can come each day if needed, so I'll let you know how we get on!

That is who we use for bigger/heavier items. Have used with no real problems for a few years now - only problems are on their invoicing - keep your eyes open and check their invoices carefully. Can't be more specific because I personally have no involvement with them at all but I don't recall any major horror stories.

It would be useful to have a price list from all the major companies to get a good comparison, but sometimes getting a price list for all volumes of parcels is like extracting hens teeth.

Me please. My contract with Parcel Force ends in April so I might as well get organised.

I'm waiting till I have a volume of orders a day, at the moment I can cope with a normal post office run.
