I had a non-UK customer attempt to place an order last night for a fairly large amount and she first attempted to pay via Protx, but it failed saying it has not been authorised by the bank.

She then tried this morning again using Paypal, and it has gone through but Im just wondering how secure the regular Paypal payments are? Can you still get chargebacks via Paypal? Or should I just go ahead and send the order as usual...? Im just a little concered because her original card payment attempt failed...

Yes, you can get chargebacks through PayPal, but they would have to justify to PayPal why they should be refunded first (as far as I am aware). Make sure that you send the parcel so that she has to sign for it, and preferably trackable. Greece isn't one of the known countries for problems. Go with your instinct though.

I just send it recorded and insured and hopefully it is fine.
