Advice needed please for my friend

Hello,

I´m not a Mum myself though would love to be someday... I´m posting on behalf of my friend who i would like to help however I can. Hence my username!!

We both live in Spain and she is a single Mum with two children. One is at school and the other a baby. School hours are long here with a siesta in the middle of the day where her child comes home. She wants to get some work to support herself more. Ideally some type of work at home would be best. She says that her brain is going soft too as she is intelligent! In particluar she likes design.

Can you help me recommend anything to her, if any of you work from home what do you do?

Hi and welcome to the site. What sort of things does your friend like to design? If its products then maybe she could make them and sell them online? To be honest there arent a lot of geniune homework oppotunities available to make easy money. Hopefully of the WAHM may have a better answer for you than this though.

Depends really on her skills. Can she type? Maybe do some typing from home. Or is she good at making greetings cards or sewing? Thing about working from home is that it takes years to see any profit. You tend to keep reinvesting (or I do anyway!) so if it is money she is after then it may well not be the way to go. If however she can wait for the money it would be the way to go

She has designed wedding invitations,and done designs and digital frames for digital photographs...

I think, yes, if she started something off as a hobby and then see where it went.

It´s just she wantes to earn money from work but it is hard to free-up time with the younger baby. That´s why working at home would be best.

Im in the same position, im looking to buy a business where i will be working from home but im trying to find something that isnt already very popular. Its pretty hard and i hope that your friend finds something.
