Nochecx Refunds - should they just go straight back onto customer's card?

Question in the title really - do Nochex refunds go straight back onto the card they used to pay with?

Yes they do - customer has now had e-mail saying it will take 4 days to clear into her account.

Don't forget, if you do a full refund you aren't charged the fees but if you do a partial refund, then you are charged.
