Nochex Information

I need to update the t&c on my website as they are really out of date now. I have been looking on the Nochex website but I can't find anything in the knowledge base about what information the customer needs about the payment processer, how secure it is, etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as I have no idea what to add?
