I know we all give first class delivery service but this takes some beating.
Ordered something online from John Lewis yesterday (as they were the cheapest) and chose free delivery (up to 5 days - I was in no rush).
The order is already in my house this morning!!

It must be my luck again - I had a crap experience with them. I ordered stuff, paid for sat delivery and waited in, and waited and waited. Called them up and was told def coming, waited and waited, called again def coming, waited and waited, called up def coming but they can't track as system is down. Waited all day no delivery. Called to say I want it cancelled - can't do that you have to send it back. Refused delivery when it arrived as we'd had to go out on Sunday to buy and they took ages to refund then didn't refund the delivery charge - still ongoing with them trying to get that back.

I have to say though that their snipe at M&S was funny today, their sale is naff in comparrisson and I think they'd have been better off rising above it rather than doing a half arsed thing and making it into a pee'ing match lol.
