Has any one else got a BT SYNERGY 700.

I don't know what the kids have done but the only message I can get it to say now is 'Your call cannot be taken and you cannot leave a message' a bit surly I thought :unsure:

Does anyone with one of these know how to change the message back, I have fiddled with it for days to change it and can't find the instruction book, it's about 4 years old and grey if that helps.
