Ever have it done and if so what would you like to have done.

I'd love one of those rings that goes round your stomach so you can't eat much and then when Id lost lots of weight I'd love a tummy tuck and everything else tuck to get rid of all the excess bagage lol.

Don't want much do I.

Would never have plastic surgery, think it is a waste of money.

I dont like my tummy but as my eldest dd says "its ok mummy you have had 3 babies." bless her.

I knows it is up to me to lose weight but as my dh says "enjoy each day it may be your last, and if the only thing you have to worry about is your weight then your a very lucky person."

So plastic surgery not for me, but can understand if you have real low self esteem or negative feelings about your body it could help.

Where do you stop though? If I had something done, I'd worry that it would just shift my focus onto something else I dont like.

If I lose a lot of weight and have a really saggy tummy with lots of baggy skin, then I would probably have it removed. Also if I aged really quickly and my face looked a lot older than my years I might consider having something done. I'm always terrified that I would be one of those disaster stories though :(

I have already had corrective laser eye surgery,(best money I have ever spent) but would love to have the wrinkles lifted, tummy tucked and a bit of liposuction...ok would have me boobs put back into their original position too.

I would never ever do plastic surgery, unless I got so heavily scared that it prevented my social life. I was offered to have my scar (from heart surgery) removed with plastic surgery, but I don't see any reason.

Well I would love one of those stomach ring things because I'm now 16 1/2 stone, Im absolute rubbish at sticking to diets and when I do lose I just put it all back on again and its beginning to affect my health, walking is becoming painful in my knees and I know that I will have a heart attack at some point in my life if I don't do something about it soon.

When I lost 5 stone, 4 years ago (yes it all went back on plus another 2 stone) I got down to a size 12-14 which I was more than happy with but I had an apron of skin that just hung and when I ran up stairs in my nightie it used to slap on my thighs so much so that ds asked me what the funny noise was once. So that's why I'd like the tummy tuck, not bothered about a face or boob lift, I'm more than ok about that and anyway I aim to grow old disgracefully, lol.

Good point Lisa !!

Ive grown used to my *flaws* as Ive got older, when Im clothed anyway.

Now if they had a treatment to make you see yourself as *perfect* then I might consider it so I would be happier wearing less clothes in the summer :clapping:

I have actually turned down plastic surgery, I could of got a breast reduction on the NHS but then I had a ectopic and felt so horrible after being in surgery that long that I decided I wasn't going to put myself through it , having said that I may reconsider later as they have grown again from having Sinead and Eowyn.

Ive seen someone on TV who had a bingo wings op, she had scars under her arm from the armpit to her elbow

I would have a boob job and laser eye surgery if I had the money.
Start saving Angel, laser eye surgery is well worth the money, and compared to other cosmetic procedures its not that exspensive (not cheap but not too bad)

Jen, I am seriously considering the laser eye surgery but my OH keeps putting me off coz of the horror stories he's heard. What was it like? Did it take a while for your eyes to heal etc?

If I could afford it I would have

a nose job
and lipo on the stomach (needs to be a bit flatter), hips and thighs.

boobs are ok though

and I did get offered an op on the eyes but as it had a high failiure rate said no but you can always tell when I'm really tired as one eye does a little wander to check up on the other one

It was the best thing I have ever done. There are two types of laser lesek and lasik. I won’t bore you with the differences but I went for the lesek.
The surgery was quick and painless. My eyes were a little uncomfortable for 4 days until they removed the protective lenses but after that they were brilliant. and now I have better than 20/20 vision
I went with was optical express, they were fabulous.

I am with you on this - I am a definite wimp. But would like to think I would reconsider it if it was for health reasons. Until then i will hide my bits under my clothes.:smiley-fa

I would like to have my teeth whitened and the red viens at the top of my thighs taken away but other than that plastic surgery just doesn't thrill me at all.

Just the thought of going under the knife freaks me out and as someone has says once you start where would it all end....................and some of these people you see who have had the full works, botox shebang etc, well it just looks plastic doesn't it?

I prefer the natural, bags under the eyes, tiny boobs look myself!:hysterica
