Oh no :kisshands:. Take a little time off, have a nice cup of tea and relax for a bit. Then you can tackle the problems you can deal with.

Upside is you still have your business, many have lost theirs. Get away from computer, have a cuppa and do something else for a while.

Its one bad day, all will be well again!!

but you still have customers! I have sold bugger all this month, literally 4 or 5 parcels have gone out and it used to be 40 or so a week.

Do what you really have to do and walk away for the day, take a breath and relax if you can. When really crappy days happen it's better to just take a bit of time out and take stock so you can start afresh the next day.

Hope your little on is better soon and just remember it's Friday tomorrow :)

thanks for all the messages after many phone calls I've sorted out my customer who is happy with the service I provide....and I have identified a problem with a supplier. Scenerio is that one of my suppliers who sells absolutely beautiful gear has a new receptionist who is a nightmare and has not organised delivery, told my customer that baby bill (me) had been on the phone all day to ensure that her delivery took place --so the customer knows i have been on the case - but how absolutely unprofessional is the receptionist - the head sales rep will be getting a piece of my mind.............

I have another supplier who i had in mind who I sent through an email to their sales address and who openly admitted she had not checked their emails that day - and when i pointed out that i had sent it on sat - she said "actually haven't checked all week"....and they want my custom???

Business is bloody hard and a lot of really good people won't keep going but there is a few who haven't woke up and smelt the bacon yet!! Rant over....as Scarlett says tomorrow is another day....

Glad things are getting sorted out.

If it's any consolation, I ordered some bits from a supplier, some that were needed urgently to complete an order and some to bump the order up a bit, and all that came were the non essentials! Keeping my fingers crossed the back up plan will arrive tomorrow and I won't have to panic. It's typical though isn't it.
