SS are too busy banning people from fostering because they smoke to play atention to the kids at risk. Theres been far too many cases like this recently all of them know to SS. That says it all really.

Justt, I agree - SS are being far too PC about things like smoking etc! Poor little mite, at least now he is at peace. I just hope that the "parents" will get what they deserve when they are in prison!

I am just watching it on the news now, and its unbelievable. I just cannot comprehend it how humans can do that to their own children. Animals treat there young better than humnans do. The officials involved and knew he was at risk should be shot!
