To my DH

Who has given up smoking for almost two months now. On the advice of Netty I bought DH the book she recommended for DH for Christmas and it has worked :clapping:. So proud of him as he has been a smoker for over 20 years.

My dh gave up smoking 2 weeks ago with it, he has found it quite easy and is now pushing me to as well.

Yes, Snowy, it is the Allen Carr - Easy Way to stop smoking,

My DH has also been smoke free because of it since October, and he smoked for 15 yrs.

That's amazing, well done! My sister has just acheived 6 months of not smoking, I'm so proud of her too she's been a smoker for more than 20 years too.
