paypal problems

I have had a couple of orders where people have had problems with paypal. Both claim they tried twice, one using two different cards, and it failed. My H has just tried it and it worked fine, so I was wondering if anyone knows of any problems with paypal lately. I have just tried to make sure I haven't got a receiving limit set and I don't seem to have.
Anyone any ideas?

My Paypal orders are going through OK today but I have been having problems with Nochex.
