Can I just make you all aware that the way the poll was set up means that this is not a private poll.
Thanks

Im in C, but a similar house in my Yorkshire home town would be A !!!
when we bought our house we were told it was in the B band category, got a hell of a shock the first bill we got and it was D. WE appealed but were told that despite us paying the price we did (we bought in the recession) the house had been assessed as being worth the D band amount when the assessments were done.
And despite the fact that ALL house prices had fallen back then, they refused to change it - nice huh ???
