Anyone using Virgin Broadband?
I was reading this month's computer buyer (OK , I know) but someone had written in to say that they had rung Virgin about their broadband costs and they had reduced it without any hesitation.
Yesterday, I had a go. Dial 150 (free call), got straight through and just asked what the cancellation period was as friends thought I was paying too much for my broadband (£18 pm). Chap said he would reduce it to £10 pm for me. No quibbling. Absolutely great! £96 per year saved for 1 telephone call.
Worth a go!
